SOUTHBEND SILVER STAR ELECTRIC CONVECTION OVEN

The Southbend single convection oven circulates air evenly throughout the five wire racks using two-speed fans. To accommodate differing food types in the bakery-depth deck, the racks are adjustable on 11 position guides. Using solid state controls, the temperature is adjustable from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure food is cooked completely, a 60-minute timer will inform users when the cycle is complete.
