This artisan stone deck oven features (3) 8″ high baking chambers with 1″ thick refractory stone decks for even heat distribution, and each can accommodate up to (1) 18″ x 26″ sheet pan full of your best baked goods. Innovative electronic controls for each deck let you master every part of the baking process; adjust baking time or even the temperature on the top, bottom, and front of the oven decks. A self-contained steam injection system also allows you to add moisture for perfecting crispy-crust breads.
