Southbend’s Ultimate Restaurant Range is built with four 33,000 BTU non-clog burners, a 12-inch griddle, and one 45,000 BTU standard oven. Cast iron burners and burner grates heat evenly, are easy to maintain, and virtually indestructible. The manually-controlled griddle is built with a 1⁄2 inch thick griddle plate.
