8′ SELF CONTAINED SANDWICH SALAD PREP COOLER

This prep table holds product in ten 4-inch-deep polycarbonate pans. Recirculated, forced air flows under the pans to maintain cold temperatures, and they are recessed 2 inches to ensure product is in safe temperatures. A 10-inch-wide cutting board spans the length of the unit for a convenient prep space. Made of polyethylene, the cutting board is durable for commercial applications. Four wire shelves inside the cabinet accommodate a variety of products, and with an epoxy coating, they resist corrosion.
