This Refrigeration sandwich prep unit has a large top with a 19-inch-deep cutting board. Small, medium, and large pizzas can slide over this board while covered in toppings. The cutout top can hold several different toppings in sixth-size pans and, during slow hours, the lid can cover the pans, protecting them from contamination. More ingredients can be stored in the drawers, which can slide open and are accessible. Each drawer seals shut with a magnetic gasket and retains cold air with polyurethane insulation. For durability, these drawers—along with the front, sides, and top—are all made of heavy-duty stainless steel.
