This refrigerated pizza prep table is designed with independent controls for the rail and base, giving users the option to shut off the rail during downtime and save energy. Inside the base, which has dual solid doors mounted on swing hinges, users can store as much as 14.67 cubic feet of chilled product. When product is moved to the rail, it can be arranged in as many as eight third-size pans or a combination of other pan sizes. Because of its recessed insert design, this unit ensures stored pans of food stay cold all the way through.
