4′ SELF CONTAINED SANDWICH SALAD PREP

This mega-top food prep table has an ADA-compliant working height of 34 inches and is mounted on 3-inch castors for mobility. Its durable stainless steel and GalFan-coated steel exterior resists denting and scratching while the cut-out pan rail includes 6 food pans. 

Along with the opening in the top, food can also be stored in the table’s base. Each door pulls open with a recessed handle and stays open if pulled past a 90-degree angle, though the door self-closes before 90 degrees. Magnetic gaskets around the frame seal the doors, and the base of the True prep table is insulated with dense polyurethane foam and lined with clear-coated aluminum. Rust-resistant stainless steel constructs a floor that has curved corners to avoid trapping food and debris. Product can rest on the floor and the four PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable by 1⁄2-inch increments, enabling tall or short items to fit inside.
