VULCAN GAS CONVECTION OVEN

Using solid-state controls, operators can adjust the Vulcan single-deck convection oven’s temperature between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its top, sides, back, door, and enclosure panel are made of rust-resistant stainless steel for long-lasting durability. To streamline cleaning, it features a porcelain interior. Reducing the risk of injury, its door handle remains cool to the touch when the oven is active. This half-size, single-deck unit measures 30 inches wide by 281⁄4 inches deep by 305⁄8 inches high.

Powered by natural gas, the Vulcan convection oven features an electronic spark ignition system. It’s insulated to preserve heat and is equipped with five oven racks. Because its door is designed with a double-paned window, it offers a view of the interior without releasing heat.
