BERKEL SLICER 827A

This slicer is constructed of durable stainless steel and anodized aluminum for long-lasting use and easy cleaning. It boasts a top-mounted, two-stone knife sharpener to continuously maintain a sharp blade and has a carriage that accepts food up to 10 3/4″ x 7 5/8″ x 7 3/8″ in size. For safe use, the motor is completely enclosed with a no-volt release feature, and a permanent knife ring guard is included to always cover the non-slicing portion of the knife. This slicer can be disassembled without tools for easy cleaning at the end of the day. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
