GAS CONVECTION OVEN

This gas convection oven has a fully welded angle-iron frame that enables it to stand up to the strenuous demands of commercial kitchens. The solid mineral fiber insulation will not settle, locking air inside and allowing for an even bake long into the future. Doors are triple mounted in order to prevent sagging as a sagging door will cause heat to escape, raising energy usage and causing an uneven bake. The Blodgett provides 55,000 BTU of heating capacity within its thick steel cavity, which is coated inside and out with porcelain to prevent corrosion.
