The Blodgett convection oven is powered by natural gas and has a total output of 60,000 BTUs. As a single-deck, bakery-depth unit, it measures 38.25 inches wide by 36.88 inches deep by 64.38 inches high. It features dual-pane thermal glass doors with stainless steel frames and powder-coated handles. Because the doors operate dependently, they can be opened with one hand, and this unit is equipped with interior oven lights to improve visibility and ease monitoring.

The Blodgett half-size oven’s top, front, and sides are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to provide lasting durability. It’s raised on 25-inch legs that are also made stainless steel for sturdiness. It features full angle-iron frame for additional strength and a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner to simplify cleaning. Operators can adjust its temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using solid state infinite controls, and to preserve heat, this unit is built with solid mineral fiber insulation in its top, back, bottom, and sides.
