CLEVELAND CONVOTHERM ELECTRIC COMBI OVEN STEAMER

The electric Convotherm half-size combi oven runs on a boilerless system; instead, it uses an injection/spritzer. The interior of the unit is accessed by a right-hinged door with a door handle that has a safety latch and slam function for safe and convenient applications. This unit has 11 shelves for pans, racks, baskets, and plates. The temperature inside is monitored by an external core temperature probe. A five-speed fan circulates air evenly between the 11-shelf interior.
