This salad bar can hold up to (9)1/3 size or (18)1/6 size 6″ deep food pans (sold separately), allowing you to showcase a wide range of dishes with ease. With an expansive 14 cubic feet of interior space, you’ll have ample room to store all of your salads, fruits, and toppings. The two removable plastic-coated steel shelves provide even more flexibility, allowing you to adjust and customize the interior to your specific needs. What’s more, the unit has pre-drilled holes on both the front and back, allowing for easy installation of the optional tray slide(s) on either side.
