EWAVE MICROWAVE

A half-size, 6-inch-deep pan fits inside the Ewave commercial microwave, and because the unit has bottom energy feed, energy does not travel far to cook product in the unit. Its control system is operated with touch buttons and has Braille lettering. Operation is manual or programmable with options for two-stage and three-stage cooking, and 20 recipes can be saved in the microwave’s memory. Users can keep up with the cook time on the 99-minute timer.

An interior light is integrated into the unit, increasing visibility so users can monitor the cooking process through the see-through door. For smooth opening, the door handle can be pulled open without any push buttons or triggers that slow the process.
