The Garland gas griddle has one burner and thermostat control for every 12 inches of surface space, while the thermostats have precise controls from low at 200 degrees Fahrenheit to high at 550 degrees and separate on/off valves. So gas can be shut off when the burners are not running, this unit features a piezo pilot ignition system. Built to withstand heavy use, this griddle has a stainless steel finish and 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate.
