Natural gas powers this convection oven’s direct-fired gas system, generating heat from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit to bake, roast, or re-thermalize product. Operators can adjust the removable in shot burners’ temperatures using the solid-state infinite thermostat, and a 60-minute timer counts down elapsed time to reduce the risk of foods undercooking or burning. A two-speed fan motor and a 3⁄4-horsepower blower motor circulate heat evenly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots and reducing bake times.
