With a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the Leader prep table eliminates heat from the cabinet using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Operators can adjust these levels with an electronic control system, and to facilitate cleaning and maintenance, the condenser coil is accessible for routine tasks. Durable and rust resistant, the exterior of the Leader refrigerated prep table is constructed of stainless steel. It has an aluminum interior and back for corrosion resistance and is equipped with 4-inch swivel casters for mobility.
