Operators can separately adjust food temperature from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit with the food temperature controls. The food texture controls maintain quality after items are cooked, and it can hold foods at a maximum temperature of 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Controlled vapor technology uses an air and water heater to create consistent results over time depending on the items’ moistness. Users must manually fill the easy-fill spout with low-mineral potable water; it holds approximately 0.8 gallons of water.
