HALF SIZE ELECTRIC CONVECTION OVEN

Heated by LP gas, this half-size convection oven is ideal for smaller businesses that do not require the production capacity of a full-size oven. The heating is regulated by a solid state thermostat control that maintains the selected temperature, which can be between 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With an electronic ignition, dial controls, a “heat” indicator light activated by burners, and a sliding control panel for servicing and maintenance access, this half-size oven is easy and safe to use. The door fully opens to 180 degrees and includes a viewing window so the operator can monitor food as it is cooked.
