TRAULSEN 5′ SELF CONTAINED LOWBOY WITH 4 DRAWERS

To accommodate a wide variety of ingredients, the Traulsen compact worktop freezer has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses forced air to maintain cabinet temperatures from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation is built into the cabinet and drawers to preserve this temperature range. The LED display provides temperature readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and temperatures can be adjusted via the electronic controls.

The top section of the Traulsen worktop freezer measures 60.19 inches wide to accommodate small pieces of equipment and a food prep station. It’s made of corrosion-, rust-, dent-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel and is furnished with a 4-inch-high backsplash to help contain messes. Four drawers are built into the cabinet beneath the worktop, and each drawer can hold a 6-inch-deep, full-size food pan. The drawers are fully removable for cleaning and have a strong, anodized aluminum interior. Overall, this unit measures 60.25 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 38.06 inches high, and it’s mounted on 4-inch-high casters.
