GAS CONVECTION OVENS

This double convection oven provides two individual ovens in the footprint of a single unit, and both ovens are stacked vertically and insulated to keep heat from escaping. Employees can use the accessible top oven for product with short cook times, while the bottom oven can cook foods with long bake times. To support various dishes, each compartment comes with five adjustable shelves, and the interior lights ensure product on the shelves is visible at all times.
